Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This policy explains how CNA Roadmap ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use cnaroadmap.com. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. Google's advertising cookies let Google and its partners show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center, read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or opt out of other companies' personalized ads at aboutads.info. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before these cookies are set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How we use information

To run and improve the site, work out which guides need updating, reply to messages, and show ads. We don't sell personal information, and we don't collect health information.

Who we share it with

Our service providers: Google (analytics and advertising), Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics) and our email provider. Some of these store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@cnaroadmap.com. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
